1) To grant access to the resort, we require a photo ID or passport for all guests.

2) Your stay includes 30 kWh of electricity per night. Any additional usage is charged at 24 Dominican pesos per kWh. Extra consumption can be paid in cash, via local bank transfer, or through Airbnb (note: payments through Airbnb will incur an additional USD 10.00 bank transaction fee).

3) Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Early check-in is available at 10:00 am for USD 50.00 or between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm for USD 30.00, subject to availability.

4) Check-out time is 11:00 am. Late check-out is available until 2:00 pm for USD 30.00, or until 5:00 pm for USD 50.00.

5) High-speed internet is included.

6) Cots are available upon request with advance notice (limited quantity).

7) Pool hours are from 9:00 am to 09:00 pm.

8) Cana Pearl is located just steps from the Hard Rock Hotel lobby. The Cana Bay Private Beach Club is a 7–10 minute walk away. A minimum entry fee (in USD per person, details available in our listing photos) applies and can be used toward food and beverages. The Beach Club closes at 6:00 PM.

9) Before arrival, we recommend stopping at a supermarket. The accommodation provides drinking water, coffee, sugar, dishwashing liquid, conditioner, shampoo, and body soap. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed.

10) Mountain bikes are available for rent (helmet and transportation for pick-up and drop-off included), subject to availability. Rental rates vary based on duration.

11) A refundable USD 200.00 security deposit is required.

The home features two bedrooms: the main bedroom offers a KING bed with breathtaking views of the lake and the Hard Rock Golf Course, while the guest bedroom includes two TWIN beds. - There are nearby beaches with free access, such as Cortesito, Los Corales, and Macao (well known for being a beach where you can take surf lessons on one side and the other for being quiet), with many restaurants and shops in front.

- Staying at Cana Pearl does not grant special access to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino amenities. Access is available only through a hotel day pass, with rates set daily by hotel management. We recommend calling the hotel a day in advance to check availability and pricing.

- Guests are welcome to visit the Hard Rock Casino area for free! Go to the hotel lobby and let them know you're there to enjoy the casino or public places.

We are very family hosts, we can gladly be present at the time of check in, although we also send information through videos before arrival.

The Cana Bay community, is recognized in the area for being a residential with private security 24H and considered one of the most predominant LUXURY residential in Punta Cana, the surroundings have as a view and as enjoyment the famous golf course of the renowned designer Jack Nicklaus, in the same way it shares land with the Hotel Hard Rock Punta Cana 5 *, which has FREE access to its CASINO, commercial area (stores of recognized brands), the famous Montserrate Restaurant and YouYu Restaurant. As an additional tip we can tell you that some of our clients usually take advantage of one of the days and pay a DAY PASS in their facilities (applies to the Hard Rock Hotel or any of the hotels in the Area).

In the same way it has a Private Beach Club that for a minimum of Consumption can have access to a whole day, the price is much better than a day trip at the hotel.

Getting to Cana Pearl is very simple. Upon arriving at Punta Cana International Airport, you will find certified taxi drivers authorized by the airport to transport visitors. The taxi fare is typically between USD 45.00 and USD 55.00.

Cana Pearl is located just 20 minutes from the airport. After leaving the airport, you will take a highway that leads directly to the complex.

On your way to Cana Pearl, we recommend stopping at a supermarket to purchase supplies for the first few days of your stay.

At Gale Vacation Rentals, we can arrange your transfer in advance. Our bilingual drivers can meet you inside the airport holding a sign with your name. We can also assist with grocery shopping so that everything is ready upon your arrival, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy your vacation.
