1) To provide access to the complex, we require a photo of the identification card or passport for all guests.

2) The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by elevator.

3) Pets are not permitted.

4) The rate includes 20 kWh of electricity per night. Additional consumption will be charged at 24 Dominican pesos per kWh. Extra usage can be paid in cash, by local bank transfer, or through Airbnb (please note, a USD 7.00 bank transaction fee will be added when paying via Airbnb).

10) Coral Bay II is conveniently located just steps from the Hard Rock Hotel lobby. The Cana Bay Private Beach Club is a 15–20 minute walk away.
A minimum fee (USD) per person is required for entry, which can be used toward food and drinks. Guests must depart the Beach Club by 6:00 PM.
All entrance fees are fully applicable toward food and beverages.

11) We recommend stopping by a supermarket before your arrival. The accommodation includes initial supplies of drinking water, coffee, sugar, dishwashing detergent, conditioner, shampoo, and body soap. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed.

12) MTB bikes are available for rent (includes delivery and helmet), subject to availability. Rental costs vary based on the number of days.

13) A USD 200 cash deposit is required (not applicable exclusively to Airbnb).

Beach Club hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

-There are nearby beaches with free access, such as Cortesito, Los Corales, and Macao (well known for being a beach for taking surf lessons on one side and being quiet on the other), with many restaurants and shops in front.

-Staying at Coral Bay does not grant special access to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino amenities. Access is available only through a hotel day pass, with rates set daily by hotel management. We recommend calling the hotel a day in advance to check availability and pricing

- Guests are welcome to visit the Hard Rock Casino area for free! Go to the hotel lobby and let them know you're there to enjoy the casino or public places.

We are very family hosts, we can gladly be present at the time of check in, although we also send information through videos before arrival.

The personalized service to the guest is what characterizes us, our constant contact is through online assistance or phone call.

The Cana Bay community, is recognized in the area for being a residential with private security 24H and considered one of the most predominant LUXURY residential in Punta Cana, the surroundings have as a view and as enjoyment the famous golf course of the renowned designer Jack Nicklaus, in the same way it shares land with the Hotel Hard Rock Punta Cana 5 *, which has FREE access to its CASINO, commercial area (stores of recognized brands), the famous Montserrate Restaurant and YouYu Restaurant. As an additional tip we can tell you that some of our clients usually take advantage of one of the days and pay a DAY PASS in their facilities (applies to the Hard Rock Hotel or any of the hotels in the Area).

In the same way it has a Private Beach Club that for a minimum of Consumption can have access to a whole day, the price is much better than a day trip at the hotel.

Getting to Cana Bay (where the Cana Pearl and Coral Bay residences are located) is very easy. Upon arriving at the Punta Cana International Airport, you will find authorized airport taxi drivers. The approximate taxi fare ranges between USD 45.00 and USD 55.00. If you prefer, you can book your private transportation with us: A VAN for up to 5 people for USD 40.00 per trip. Cana Bay is only 25 minutes from the airport. Once you exit, take the highway that leads directly to the complex. As you get closer, you’ll notice the large guitar, the iconic symbol of the Hard Rock Hotel, which marks the entrance. Before arriving at Cana Bay, we recommend stopping at a supermarket to purchase groceries for the first few days of your stay. At Gale Vacation Rentals, we can arrange your transfer in advance: • Airport → Apartment, or • Airport → Supermarket → Apartment (recommended option).
