1) To access the complex, we will need a photo ID or passport for all guests.

2) ELECTRICITY IS NOT INCLUDED. The cost of electricity will depend on your consumption during your stay, billed at 24 Dominican pesos per kilowatt (KW) used. Payment can be made by cash, local bank transfer, or through Airbnb (please note, a USD 10.00 bank transaction fee will be added when paying via Airbnb).

7) Cana Pearl is conveniently located just steps from the Hard Rock Hotel lobby. The Cana Bay Private Beach Club is around a 10-minute walk away. A minimum entry fee (USD per person) applies and can be used toward food and beverages. The Beach Club closes at 6:00 PM.

8) Before your arrival, we recommend visiting a supermarket. Drinking water, coffee, sugar, dishwashing detergent, conditioner, shampoo, and body soap will be provided at the accommodation. Guests are responsible for replacing these items as needed.

9) Mountain bikes are available for rent (includes helmet and transportation for pick up and drop off), subject to availability. Rental costs depend on the number of days.

10) A cash deposit of USD 200 is required upon arrival.

- Staying at Cana Pearl does not grant special access to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino amenities. Access is available only through a hotel day pass, with rates set daily by hotel management. We recommend calling the hotel a day in advance to check availability and pricing.

- Guests are welcome to visit the Hard Rock Casino area for free! Go to the hotel lobby and let them know you're there to enjoy the casino or public places.

Getting to Cana Bay, where the Cana Pearl and Coral Bay residences are located, is simple. When you arrive at Punta Cana International Airport, you will find authorized taxi drivers. The taxi fare is usually between USD 45 and USD 55. If you prefer, you can book private transportation with us: a van for up to 5 people is available for USD 40 per trip. Cana Bay is just 25 minutes from the airport. After you exit, take the main highway that leads directly to the complex. As you approach, look for the large guitar—the iconic symbol of the Hard Rock Hotel—which marks the entrance. Before reaching Cana Bay, we recommend making a stop at a supermarket to get groceries for the first few days of your stay.
