6. Your stay includes 30 kWh of electricity per night. Additional usage is charged at 24 Dominican pesos per kWh. Extra consumption can be paid in cash, by local bank transfer, or through Airbnb (please note that a USD 10.00 transaction fee applies for payments via Airbnb).

9. Before your arrival, we recommend stopping at a supermarket. The accommodation is stocked with drinking water, coffee, sugar, dishwashing detergent, conditioner, shampoo, and body soap. Guests are responsible for restocking these items during their stay.

10. Mountain bikes are available for rent (includes delivery and helmet), subject to availability. Rental prices vary depending on the number of days.

11. The property features a washing machine, an osmosis filtration system, and soft water with ultraviolet lamps. It is also accessible for guests in wheelchairs or those with limited mobility.

12. A refundable USD 200.00 security deposit is required.

The entrance fee to the beach club is USD 15.00 per person from Monday to Friday and USD 35.00 per person on Saturdays and Sundays. There are special rates for children, teenagers, as well as weekend rates for national holidays, Christmas festivities, and Holy Week.

All entrance fees are fully consumable in food and beverages.

The beach Club is open from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.

- There are nearby free access beaches, such as Cortesito, Los Corales, and Macao (well known for being a beach for taking surf lessons on one side and being quiet on the other side), with restaurants and shops across the street.

- Staying at Coral Bay does not grant special access to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino amenities. Access is available only through a hotel Day Pass, with rates set daily by hotel management. We recommend calling the hotel one day in advance to check availability and pricing.

- Guests can visit the Hard Rock Casino area for free! Go to the hotel lobby and tell them you are there to enjoy the casino or public areas.

The Cana Bay community is recognized in the area for being a residential area with 24H private security and considered one of the most predominant LUXURY residential areas in Punta Cana. The surroundings have as a view and as a pleasure the famous golf course of the renowned designer Jack Nicklaus, in the same way it shares land with the Hard Rock Punta Cana 5* Hotel, which has FREE access to its CASINO, commercial area (brand name stores), Disco and the famous Montserrate Restaurant. As an additional tip we can tell you that some of our clients usually take advantage of one of the days and pay for a DAY PASS at its facilities (applies to the Hard Rock Hotel or any of the hotels in the Area).

It also has a Private Beach Club that for a minimum Consumption you can have access to for a whole day, the price is much better than a day pass at the hotel.

Getting to Cana Bay (where the Cana Pearl and Coral Bay residences are located) is very easy. Upon arriving at the Punta Cana International Airport, you will find authorized airport taxi drivers. The approximate taxi fare ranges between USD 45.00 and USD 55.00. If you prefer, you can book your private transportation with us: A VAN for up to 5 people for USD 40.00 per trip. Cana Bay is only 25 minutes from the airport. Once you exit, take the highway that leads directly to the complex. As you get closer, you’ll notice the large guitar, the iconic symbol of the Hard Rock Hotel, which marks the entrance. Before arriving at Cana Bay, we recommend stopping at a supermarket to purchase groceries for the first few days of your stay.
