1) To provide access to the resort, we require a photo ID or passport from all guests.

2) Each night includes 25 kWh of electricity. Any additional usage will be charged at 24 Dominican Pesos per kWh. You can pay in cash, via local bank transfer, or through Airbnb (please note an additional USD 7.00 bank fee applies when paying through Airbnb).

3) Check-in time: 3:00 PM

Early check-in between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM: USD 30.00

4) Check-out time: 11:00 AM

7) The Private Beach Club is a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute drive away. A minimum entry fee (USD, per person) is required, which can be applied toward food and drinks. Guests must leave the Beach Club by 6:00 PM.

8) Before arrival, we recommend visiting a supermarket. The accommodation provides drinking water, coffee, sugar, dishwashing detergent, conditioner, shampoo, and body soap. Please note that guests are responsible for replenishing these items during their stay.

9) Mountain bikes are available for rent (includes delivery and helmet), subject to availability. Rental cost depends on the length of the rental period.

10) A cash deposit of USD 200 is required (not exclusive to Airbnb reservations).

- Cana Pearl is conveniently located near the exclusive Cana Bay Beach Club. For a USD entrance fee per person (prices provided in our photos), which is applied as a credit toward your food and beverage purchases, guests can access the stunning beach, a relaxing infinity pool, and a dedicated children's swim area. It's the perfect way to enjoy a luxurious day by the beach—offering more than a standard hotel day pass! Beach Club hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

- There are also nearby beaches with free access, such as Cortesito, Los Corales, and Macao. Macao Beach is well known for surf lessons on one side and a peaceful atmosphere on the other, with many restaurants and shops nearby.

- Please note that staying at Cana Pearl does not include special access to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino amenities. Access is available exclusively through a hotel day pass, with rates set daily by hotel management. We recommend contacting the hotel a day in advance to confirm availability and pricing.

- Guests are welcome to visit the Hard Rock Casino area free of charge. Simply go to the hotel lobby and inform the reception staff that you are there to enjoy the casino or public areas.

We are very family hosts, we can gladly be present at the time of check in, although we also send information through videos before arrival.

The Cana Bay community, is recognized in the area for being a residential with private security 24H and considered one of the most predominant LUXURY residential in Punta Cana, the surroundings have as a view and as enjoyment the famous golf course of the renowned designer Jack Nicklaus, in the same way it shares land with the Hotel Hard Rock Punta Cana 5 *, which has FREE access to its CASINO, commercial area (stores of recognized brands), the famous Montserrate Restaurant and YouYu Restaurant. As an additional tip we can tell you that some of our clients usually take advantage of one of the days and pay a DAY PASS in their facilities (applies to the Hard Rock Hotel or any of the hotels in the Area).

In the same way it has a Private Beach Club that for a minimum of Consumption can have access to a whole day, the price is much better than a day trip at the hotel.

Getting to Cana Bay (where the Cana Pearl and Coral Bay residences are located) is very easy. Upon arriving at the Punta Cana International Airport, you will find authorized airport taxi drivers. The approximate taxi fare ranges between USD 45.00 and USD 55.00. If you prefer, you can book your private transportation with us: A VAN for up to 5 people for USD 40.00 per trip. Cana Bay is only 25 minutes from the airport. Once you exit, take the highway that leads directly to the complex. As you get closer, you’ll notice the large guitar, the iconic symbol of the Hard Rock Hotel, which marks the entrance. Before arriving at Cana Bay, we recommend stopping at a supermarket to purchase groceries for the first few days of your stay. At Gale Vacation Rentals, we can arrange your transfer in advance: • Airport → Apartment, or • Airport → Supermarket → Apartment (recommended option). Our bilingual drivers will be waiting for you at the airport with a sign displaying your name, ensuring you arrive at the apartment comfortably and ready to begin your vacation.
