1) To access the complex, we will need a photo ID or passport for all guests.

Payment can be made by cash, local bank transfer, or through Airbnb (please note, a USD 10.00 bank transaction fee will be added when paying via Airbnb).

8) Before your arrival, we recommend visiting a supermarket. Drinking water, coffee, sugar, dishwashing detergent, conditioner, shampoo, and body soap will be provided at the accommodation. Guests are responsible for replacing these items as needed.

9) Mountain bikes are available for rent (includes helmet and transportation for pick up and drop off), subject to availability. Rental costs depend on the number of days.

10) A refundable USD 200.00 security deposit is required.

Alternatively, you can book private transportation with us: a van for up to five people is available for USD 40 per trip. Cana Bay is just 25 minutes from the airport. After exiting, take the main highway straight to the complex. Look for the large guitar, the iconic symbol of the Hard Rock Hotel, to find the entrance. We suggest stopping at a supermarket before arriving at Cana Bay to pick up groceries for your first days.
