1. The apartment is located on the ground floor. The pool is available daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

2. Your stay includes a daily allowance of 15 kWh of electricity. Any excess usage will be charged at 24 Dominican pesos per kWh. Additional electricity charges can be paid in cash, via local bank transfer, or through Airbnb (please note, a USD 10.00 bank transaction fee applies to Airbnb payments).

3. Check-in time is 3:00 PM.

8. We recommend visiting a supermarket before arrival. The accommodation provides a bottle of drinking water, coffee, sugar, and dishwashing detergent. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed.
