1. To access the resort, we require a photo ID or passport for all guests. During check-in, the front desk will provide each guest with a numbered ID bracelet and will scan a copy of your ID for our records. Please wear your bracelet or keep it accessible, as you will need to present it at the security gates to re-enter the property.

Option 1: The cost depends on your usage during your stay, at a rate of 24 Dominican Pesos per kilowatt consumed. Payment can be made in cash, local bank transfer, or through Airbnb. Please note, if you choose Airbnb, an additional bank transaction fee of USD 10.00 will be added to the initial amount.
Option 2: You may pay a flat rate of USD 47.00 per day (includes 120 kW per day; any additional usage will be charged separately).

4. Please be aware that there are many bars and restaurants just outside Playa Turquesa Ocean Club, and you may hear live music and DJs late into the night from your condo. Los Corales is a lively neighborhood to enjoy both day and night.

7. You will be responsible for any damage to the residence or apartment, as well as any loss or issues with belongings after your stay.

9. Cots are available upon request with advance notice, subject to availability (limited quantity).

10. We recommend stopping by a supermarket before your arrival. Upon check-in, you will find a bottle of drinking water, coffee, sugar, dishwashing detergent, conditioner, shampoo, and body soap in the accommodation. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed.

11. On the day of check-out, you will need to review the electricity consumption incurred during your stay with our staff. This payment is made directly inside the apartment.

Afterward, all guests must stop by the reception desk before leaving the condominium to return their identification wristbands. Once the wristbands have been returned, reception will provide the required check-out receipt (ticket) for your departure.

12. VISITORS ARE NOT PERMITTED. Due to complex regulations, visits to vacation rental apartments are not allowed.

13. A refundable USD 200.00 security deposit is required.
